UI previewW-ID is the identity backbone of the entire W Platform — one account unlocks every product via standards-based OAuth2 / OpenID Connect. Key capabilities
W-ID issues OIDC tokens accepted by every W service, supports PKCE-secured authorization flows for browser clients, and lets users connect social providers alongside their W credentials. Workspace scoping means a single identity can carry different permission sets across multiple projects or organizations.
How it works
Apps redirect to the W-ID authorization endpoint, the user authenticates once, and a signed JWT is returned to the app. Downstream services verify the token locally — no round-trips required. Quota and scope metadata travels inside the token so enforcement is fast and consistent.
Audit & compliance
Every login, token issuance, and permission change is written to a tamper-evident audit log. Teams can export logs for compliance reviews or pipe them into W-Radar for real-time alerting. Session revocation propagates immediately across the fleet.
